General Information
Telephone Standby:
All trial jurors are on standby and report to the Delaware County courthouse only when instructed to do so by means of a recorded message. Please report promptly at the time indicated in the message. The telephone call-in numbers are: 1-800-299-3669 or (607) 746-6296.
Parking:
Parking is available behind the County Office Building on Main Street, Delhi, NY.
Absence/Emergency:
If an illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at (607) 746-6296 or 1-800-299-3669.
Court Hours:
Court normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day.
Court Security:
Magnetometers are located at the main entrance of the courthouse at 3 Court Street and opens at 8:30 a.m. Jurors are not exempt from the screening process.
Meals:
Meals are your own responsibility. There are restaurants and fast food establishments within a mile of the courthouse. You are free to bring your own lunch. No food or drink is allowed in the courtrooms.
Phone Access:
Pay phones are located on Main Street near the Court Street entrance to the courthouse.
Verification of Attendance:
An attendance verification form is available to all jurors and is required by most employers for payroll records.
