THE UNIFIED COURT SYSTEM FORBIDS AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING, INCLUDING VIDEO CELL PHONE RECORDING IN COURT FACILITIES. PLEASE TURN THEM OFF DURING COURT PROCEEDINGS.

THE JURY ASSEMBLY ROOM IS LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF 25 DELAWARE AVE. YOU MAY ALSO ENTER THROUGH THE OLD COUNTY COURTHOUSE AT 92 FRANKLIN ST., WALK THROUGH TO 25 DELAWARE AVE. AND GO DOWN TO THE GROUND FLOOR AND THE JURY ASSEMBLY ROOM.

PLEASE BRING YOUR SUMMONS AND A PEN OR A PENCIL AS THERE ARE FORMS TO FILL OUT. WI-FI AVAILABLE IN THE JURY ASSEMBLY ROOM.

FREE INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE WITH OUR PC's OR VIA YOUR LAPTOP COMPUTER. PLUG-IN DATA PORTS AND WIRELESS CONNECTIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN OUR JURY ASSEMBLY ROOM.

JURORS ARE STRONGLY DISCOURAGED FROM PARKING AT PARKING METERS AS COURT SCHEDULES MAY NOT PERMIT YOU TO REPLENISH THE METER.
THE BUFFALO ADAMS MARK HOTEL DOES OFFER REDUCED PARKING RATES FOR JURORS.

THERE WILL BE NO POSTPONEMENTS FOR THE TERM DATES OF AUGUST 2ND OR AUGUST 9TH. ALL POSTPONEMENTS FOR THESE TWO WEEKS MUST HAVE BEEN MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR SUMMONS AND PRIOR TO TODAY'S DATE.

If you have received a qualification questionnaire please take the time to read all of the instructions. The form is not a summons for jury service. This form is used to determine whether you meet the qualifications for service as a juror only. If you are deemed qualified to serve as a juror, you may receive a summons to appear for jury service at a later date. There are no longer any automatic exemptions from jury service. All requests for an excuse from service should be raised at the time you actually receive the juror summons.

If you check any of the boxes in the blue area for questions number 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 you must provide the appropriate proof as indicated.
