Welcome to the Genesee County Commissioner of Jurors Website.
If you have received a summons for jury service, please read the entire summons, there is important information on that document. Jurors are required to complete and bring the entire summons form when reporting.
All requests to be excused or postponed (other than emergencies such as unexpected illness), must be submitted to the Commissioner of Jurors more than one week prior to your scheduled reporting date.
If there is any reason why you cannot serve, or if you have additional questions about any part of your jury service, call the Commissioner of Jurors office at 585-344-2550 Ext 2223 during regular business hours for assistance.
