All jurors scheduled for the term commencing August 30th, please read this entire message carefully, otherwise some information may be missed.
Jurors with #s 1 - 250: Your jury services are now complete and you do not need to check this message again. However, to receive six years good service credit, you must send Sections 2 of your summons, within 10 days, to: the Commissioner of Jurors Office, 175 Hawley St, Lockport, NY 14094. Please note, if we do not receive your form within 10 days, your name will be returned to the pool of eligible jurors for a future selection.
