Volunteer - Complete a questionnaire and mail it
to Niagara County
You may volunteer for jury service by completing a Qualification
Questionnaire and mailing it to your local Commissioner of Jurors.
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed on your computer in order to use this method. You can
download a free version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking here.
Instructions:
1. Download the Qualification Questionnaire by clicking
here.
2. Print the Qualification Questionnaire using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
3. Complete the Qualification Questionnaire.
4. Mail the Qualification Questionnaire to:
